SAMA greenlights finance aggregation services firm

Riyadh - Sharikat Mubasher: The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) granted a license to Smart Interaction for Digital Brokerage Company (SIDB) to offer finance aggregation services in Saudi Arabia, a recent statement by SAMA unveiled.

By licensing SIDB, the number of authorized companies offering finance aggregation services in the Kingdom reached three.

This move mirrors SAMA’s commitment to support the finance sector, boost the efficiency of financial transactions, and enhance innovative financial solutions for financial inclusion.

SIDB is a closed joint stock company that aims to provide innovative and disruptive solutions to make financing easily and practically available and accessible for all businesses.
